This is where the transformation really starts to happen, by setting goals and intentions.
We will hold the space for you to explore, do some brave new thinking and hold the mirror up to what you want to do differently.
Our sessions enable you to:
- Identify what is holding you back (fear, motivation, limiting beliefs, conflicting values, past experiences)
- Build self awareness through useful tools & reflection exercises
- Reimagine your purpose and identity
- Increase belief in your ability to achieve what you have set out

Creating an action plan and solutions that you can apply day-to-day is key to making change stick.
Being able to think independently and apply new behaviours in real life scenarios is the ultimate success.
During these sessions we will:
- Explore techniques you can take forwards beyond our sessions to have a real impact on how you operate
- Discuss how you hold yourself accountable for making the change stick and staying on track
